Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information once your order ships.
Sourcing & Fulfillment
Vamerio curates products from a network of trusted international suppliers. As a result, some orders may ship directly from our supplier partners abroad, and items purchased together may arrive in separate packages and at different times. We believe transparency here matters as much as the products we choose.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 3–12 business days. Because Vamerio works with a network of supplier partners, delivery times vary depending on the specific product and origin, and some deliveries can take longer. The full estimated range is:

As we expand our supplier network, delivery times for select products may become faster — any such improvements will be reflected at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipment date, not the order date. Delays due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
European Union: no extra costs on delivery. For orders shipped to the European Union, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If a carrier or customs authority ever asks you to pay import VAT, customs duties or a clearance/handling fee to receive your order, email us at concierge@vamerio.com with your order number and a photo or copy of the receipt within 30 days of delivery, and we will refund the full amount to you.
Other countries: international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact concierge@vamerio.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on every order. If a faster shipping option is available, it is shown with its price at checkout before you pay.
