Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information once your order ships.

Sourcing & Fulfillment

Vamerio curates products from a network of trusted international suppliers. As a result, some orders may ship directly from our supplier partners abroad, and items purchased together may arrive in separate packages and at different times. We believe transparency here matters as much as the products we choose.

Estimated Delivery Times

Vamerio works with a network of supplier partners, and delivery times vary depending on the specific product and origin. As a general estimate:

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipment date, not the order date. Delays due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact concierge@vamerio.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
